Aiming Post lamp BD2059

Scarce early war Aiming post lamp dated 1939, specifically for the Vickers MG and 3"/4.2" Mortar (With aiming post adapter), used to record the weapons bearing so that it can be aimed at night to fire on indirect targets (where the target is not visible). Used in conjunction with aiming posts, see related items below. Part Number BD2059, string and its frame are replacements. Includes orange filter and black dot mask. Good condition with contents. Not tested for working operation.
