We carry out deactivation work on most classes of firearms for retail customers and the trade in our fully equipped workshop, and in most cases can re-deactivate from deactivation standards prior to the 2016 EU/UK spec to the current specification. In some cases this will not be possible, in others just plain difficult.
We can also prep and submit items which have lost certificates for re-certification. Currently it is still possible to have a 'Defectively Deactivated' Weapon (i.e. one deactivated to a previous standard) re-certificated without conversion but it cannot be sold, gifted or transferred until it complies with the 2016 EU/UK Spec.
We use a secure next day delivery service to move deactivated weapons (up to 30 kilo's) between customers and ourselves if required, although delivery in person is better so that we can discuss the work required.
Prices vary on type of firearm or deactivated weapon and the amount of work required so call us to discuss.
