Deactivated Webley MkIV .38 service revolver marked 'War Finish'. Will chamber .38S&W inert rounds in cylinder (examples shown not included in sale).  Overall VGC, retains near 100% blueing except for a little holster wear in the usual places, moving trigger and cylinder.

Comes with 2018 standard deactivation certificate, photo shows actual item that will be sent.
