Deactivated Webley MkIV .38 service revolver. Will chamber .38S&W inert rounds in cylinder (examples shown not included in sale). 

Retains most finish except for deactivation areas. Extractor sticks on eject but retracts OK on close, holster wear to finish of cylinder

Comes with 2018 standard deactivation certificate, photo shows actual item that will be sent.
