| CONDITIONS OF SALE The Gunner (The
Gunners Store Ltd) CONDITIONS OF SALE ·All goods are sold as collectable
items and not as suitable for any other purpose. In the case of clothing, this
includes the wearing of such items. We will not be held responsible for any
damage howsoever caused after goods have been received. Any shortages in
deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. New Manufactured
items are not sold or warranted as being suitable for any use to which the
original would have been put, and should be considered as collectable items
only ·All descriptions are as accurate as can be made in the
circumstances and all items are believed to be genuine unless stated otherwise.
·Condition should be considered used but good unless stated otherwise
·All goods will normally be despatched within 21 (normally less than 8)
days of receipt of payment ·No goods will be despatched until paid for
IN FULL unless invoiced on account, when all goods remain the property of
Sentimental Journey or The Gunner until payment is received in full. ·We
reserve the right to levy interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 3.5% per
day on the amount overdue · Any items received by the customer which
were supplied correctly as ordered will incur a restocking charge equivalent to
25% of the items value. No postage is refunded. Refunds are given at our
discretion · Any request for return must be made within 24 hours of
receipt. ·Under distance selling rules the customer has 7 days 'cooling
off'period to cancel their order from the day after goods received.
Notification must be by letter, fax or Email ·Any goods ordered by
telephone or email will be held for a strict 7 days pending receipt of payment
·Cheques to be made payable to Sentimental Journey or The Gunner
depending on the item. ·We charge a service charge of 4.5% on all credit
card transactions, 50p for debit cards ·Prices are in Pounds sterling
·Postage costs are not included, please telephone to agree p&p,
otherwise see carriage pricing. ·The terms and conditions contained
herein do not affect your rights under English law.
Version 2.02 Carriage PricingIn order to provide a secure and reliable delivery service to our customers we operate the following price and service tariff: 1) Letter weight parcels under £20 will be sent by post. P&P £1.50,£2.50, £3.50 2) Letter weight parcels over £20 value will be sent Special Delivery/48 hour: upto 100g £5.00 upto 500g £5.50 upto 1kg £6.50 upto 2kg £7.75 2Kg -10Kg value under £150 £10.50 10Kg-30Kg value under £150 £12.50 3) Value over £150 will incur additional insurance charges maximum cost £10.00 to maximum value of £2500. 4) SHOP orders will be sent at the rate specified at checkout. NOTE: Royal Mail Special Delivery; If a customer requests other than this service goods will be sent at the customers risk. Proof of posting will be obtained. Version 2.01 |
