Welcome to our export assistance page. Please ensure you read ALL of the information below as there is additional information we need to the documentation in order for the application to go smoothly.

The British Department for Business Export Control Organisation, monitors exports controlled by UK, EU law and international legislation and treaties. The penalties for contravening export laws can be quite severe. For this reason we will not ship anything covered by the Export Laws out of the UK without a licence. So whether you are in the EU, Singapore or the USA or anywhere else outside the UK, a licence will be required for most items. Certain things such as some slings do not require a licence, but spares, tools and optical sighting gear do. The age of the item is not relevant, merely that it is connected with a firearm is sufficient, there are also EU rules concerning 'Dual Use', where an item may not be for a gun, but could be defined as being a specialist item for one.

From application to receipt of licence normally takes about a month providing the DTI do not request additional information, or move the goalposts (which happens frequently)!

Your input into this procedure is limited to sending a letter, the letter wizard will guide you through this simple procedure.

We do not make any charge at the moment for processing export applications, but the minimum order (not including postage) must be £50 or more. Although one word of warning, items with licences must be sent by a tracked method and for this reason postage costs can be very high, if you wish to discuss this, feel free to ask before you order.

How to use the Wizard

Please note that as of 29th June 2010 a new EUU form is now in operation and must be used for all applications

  1. Make a note of the items and part numbers (if appropriate) that you wish to order
  2. Return here and choose the method on the right you wish to use to fill out the paperwork, .RTF format document, PDF document, MS Word letter. complete the details and sign. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us
  3. Post the completed form and note to us at 35-37 Chapelgate, Sutton St James, Lincolnshire, PE12 0EF, United Kingdom
  4. Sit back and in a few weeks we will contact you for your payment details.
 Exports/Import laws where Known

USA: No Importation of British deactivated weapons allowed. Almost all Spares and Tools require an export licence. Requirement for US Import licence unknown
